RETURN PERIOD

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days after the delivery date.

Weekends, national holidays and public holidays are counted when you calculate the 14 days.

Please make sure that all unwanted items are returned in their original packaging, carefully wrapped, clean, unused and undamaged. All returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

To return your order, please send the products you would like to return to Grayn Design Studio, Orfanidou 2, PC 54626, Thessaloniki, Greece.

The return products are at your responsibility until they are delivered back to us.

Our store does not cover the shipping charges of any return. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We highly recommend that you send your parcel using a secure or traceable method and keep your proof of postage.

In any case, if you need to return an item, please get in touch with our team via hello@gray.eu and we will be able to assist you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Most returns will be processed in approximately 14 days, after which your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

In the case of Cash on Delivery you will be asked to provide us with a bank account where you wish to see your funds returned.

Our delivery charges are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns.

REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Our team diligently executes every order for the customer. All our products are carefully packaged and shipped in excellent condition. However, if your order contains a defective item, please inform us via email at hello@grayn.eu within three days from the delivery, stating your order number and the nature of the fault and we will do our best to replace it immediately by assuming the return costs.

MISSING GOODS

In case an item is missing from your order, please send us an email at hello@grayn.eu within three days from the delivery. A member of our team will contact you immediately to assist you further.

Our products are sent with courier agency. All creations are handmade. This means that we need 2 days to send any order. Once your order is ready, it is safely and carefully packed and handed off to the designated carrier for delivery.

Grayn is not responsible for any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure.

SHIPMENTS WITHIN GREECE

Our store offers free delivery within Greece.

Shipping time between 1-3 working days.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE GREECE

The shipping times varies between 2-7 working days depending on the country of delivery. The shipping cost differs for each country and it is determined by weight.

You can pick up your order from our store located at Orfanidou 2, PC 54626, Thessaloniki, Greece.

Monday-Wednesday: 9:00 - 17:00

Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday: 9:00-21:00

Saturday: 9:00 - 14:00

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

Use your credit card of any bank Visa, MasterCard, American Express safely. Payment is made in partnership with STRIPE, which follows international best practices in e-commerce payments and is also fully compliant with the security protocols of international card organizations. Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for secure online payments with card. We do not have access to your credit card information, as the credit card information is sent directly to the bank, which handles the charge.

PAYPAL

PayPal is an online money transfer service. It is widely used for secure transactions over the Internet. For more information about PayPal click here .

CASH ON DELIVERY

This service is supported only for shipments within Greece and costs 2€ extra.

BANK ACCOUNT DEPOSIT OR WEB BANKING DEPOSIT

This service is supported only for orders within Greece. Sent an email with your order at hello@grayn.eu and you will receive a confirmation email with the details of our bank account. You can also deposit the amount through web banking. Shipping will take place when the amount of the order appears in our account.

INVOICE

In order to get an invoice for your order, write your business data at the order comments during the checkout.
