Refund policy

RETURN PERIOD

You may return or exchange a product within 14 days of the delivery date.

Weekends and public holidays are included when calculating the 14-day period.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original packaging, carefully wrapped, clean, unused, and undamaged. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Proof of purchase or your order number is required to complete a return.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

All GRAYN products are handmade in our studio. Variations in dimensions, glaze, colour, texture, wood grain, and surface finish are a natural result of the making process and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects and may differ from product photographs and descriptions.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Most refunds are processed within approximately 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, we may request your bank account details in order to process the refund.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs, delivery fees, or parcels lost during the return process.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

While every order is carefully packaged for shipping, damage may occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@grayn.eu within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of:

• The damaged item
• The internal and external packaging
• The shipping label

We will review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at hello@grayn.eu within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund. In such cases, GRAYN will cover any reasonable return shipping costs.

MISSING ITEMS

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us at hello@grayn.eu within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number.

A member of our team will investigate the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or commissioned products
• Personalised products
• Made-to-order items where explicitly stated at the time of purchase
