All GRAYN products are designed and produced in small batches or handmade in our studio.

Variations in dimensions, glaze, colour, texture, wood grain, surface finish, and other characteristics are a natural result of the handmade process and form part of the character of each piece. Such variations are not considered defects.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, no two pieces are identical. Product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and specifications are provided in good faith as a guide. Individual pieces may vary from those shown on the website.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on individual screens, devices, and viewing conditions.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes where required by law.

In the event of an error relating to pricing, product information, availability, or any other aspect of an order, we reserve the right to correct the error, cancel the order, and issue a full refund where applicable.

ORDERS

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. Acceptance of an order takes place when the order has been dispatched.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
