Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIMES
All GRAYN products are designed and produced in our studio.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or for certain made-to-order products, processing times may occasionally be longer. If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you directly.
SHIPPING
We ship both domestically and internationally using trusted courier services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order.
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
GRAYN is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE
We offer free shipping on all orders within Greece.
Estimated delivery time is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
UNITED STATES ORDERS
Orders shipped to the United States are delivered with duties and import charges prepaid. No additional customs charges will be collected upon delivery.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES
For destinations outside the European Union and the United States, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customs regulations vary between countries. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing an order.
REMOTE OR HARD-TO-SERVE DESTINATIONS
Shipping rates displayed at checkout are based on standard delivery locations.
In some cases, carriers may apply additional charges for deliveries to remote, rural, island, or otherwise difficult-to-service locations.
If such charges arise after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to contact the customer to arrange payment of the additional shipping costs. If an agreement cannot be reached, the order may be cancelled and fully refunded prior to dispatch.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment is returned to us, any additional shipping costs required to resend the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
LOST SHIPMENTS
If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us at hello@grayn.eu.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and assist wherever possible. Claims for lost shipments are subject to the carrier's investigation procedures and timelines.
IN-STUDIO PICKUP
Orders may be collected directly from our studio by prior arrangement.
