Introducing a unique addition to our Handcrafted ceramics collection, the KAFAOUIN-designed carafe, proudly made at GRAYN Design Studio. Crafted from exquisite stoneware and adorned with lead-free glazes, these ceramics exude both style and safety, making them suitable for both decorative and culinary use.
The Araque series' carafe, reminiscent of Ancient Greek pottery, boasts a distinct, clean curvaceous form and intimate design aesthetics. Functionality is at the core of this piece, as it is designed to securely close with a crock and hold liquids. Originally intended for traditional Greek Raki accompanied by its Raki shots, this versatile carafe also proves ideal for storing olive oil and other beverages.
The textured matt Architect Grey glaze gives this piece a distinctive earthy character.
Fired at high temperatures, our stoneware collection guarantees flawless clay vitrification, ensuring this piece's longevity, functionality and beauty.

All of our products are designed and produced at our studio.
Food safe and functional ceramics: We use Stoneware clays fired at high temperatures to achieve full vitrification. Additionally, all of our glazes are lead-free and food-safe certified.
We pay attention to every last detail, and we do our best to deliver the best quality possible. Thus, we treat every imperfection with care, and we carry out our own quality control on regular basis.
Every product is unique. Its character depends on the natural fluctuations of the materials we use in production. With our transparency policy at core, we would like to inform our customers that items might have their own natural imperfections and differ from each other within set limits.
