Sprout Chill | Handmade Ceramic Cup - Fairouz Blue

A tall, handless stoneware cup. Handcrafted in our studio, with a subtle “sprout” handle that naturally rests on your fingers.

Sprout: Where a handle began to grow, then froze in time.

Sprout Chill is a taller, more slender evolution of the original Sprout cup. Designed for cold drinks and cocktails, but equally comfortable in hand for something warm.

The form tapers inward towards the top, creating a natural grip, while the sprout-like handle supports the cup on your fingers as you hold it.

Each piece is made from stoneware clay and finished by hand in our studio. The cup is coated with engobe, while a transparent glaze is applied to the inside and partially on the outside — exactly where the lips meet the surface. This creates a contrast between matte and gloss, while enhancing the depth of the colour.

Fairouz is a light, playful blue that brings a softer presence to the form.

Each cup carries small variations in tone and texture, a natural result of the making process.

Dishwasher safe, though handwashing is recommended for handmade ceramics.

Our Ceramics

All of our products are designed and produced at our studio.

Food safe and functional ceramics: We use Stoneware clays fired at high temperatures to achieve full vitrification. Additionally, all of our glazes are lead-free and food-safe certified.

We pay attention to every last detail, and we do our best to deliver the best quality possible. Thus, we treat every imperfection with care, and we carry out our own quality control on regular basis.

Every product is unique. Its character depends on the natural fluctuations of the materials we use in production. With our transparency policy at core, we would like to inform our customers that items might have their own natural imperfections and differ from each other within set limits.
